Jantrice Johnson is a nonprofit founder and real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in education, housing, and community development. She is the Founder of WE GIVE, leading large-scale community initiatives that serve thousands of families annually, and the visionary behind MUKA, a mission-driven platform designed to help close the homeownership gap through education and trusted partnerships.

She serves on the MTAR Board and TAR DEI Committee and was recognized nationally as a Top Ten Finalist for the NAR Good Neighbor Awards.

A graduate of Leadership Rutherford and the United Way Catalyst Program, Jantrice brings strategic thinking, operational discipline, and strong relationship management to every role she serves. Outside of her professional work, she is a wife and mother of two daughters, actively engaged in youth athletics and mentorship.
