Beth Lee, Association Manager
With more than 14 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, fund development, and mission-driven communications, Beth Lee has led successful fundraising efforts totaling several million dollars, developed comprehensive donor engagement strategies, and managed annual campaigns, events, and strategic communications. With expertise in CRM systems, grant management, and cross-departmental collaboration, Beth brings a relational approach with data-informed practices to support organizational growth and sustainability. Fluent in Spanish and deeply committed to intercultural engagement, she has worked across diverse contexts both in the U.S. and internationally.
Beth’s career spans community development associations, educational initiatives, international service work, and faith-based organizations. She holds a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and is passionate about aligning mission with practice, whether through donor cultivation, community partnerships, or storytelling that fosters connection and impact. She views fundraising as a form of ministry and service—an invitation for others to participate in meaningful, transformative work.
In addition to her professional work, Beth supports individuals on their wellness journeys, with a particular interest in walking alongside women navigating the peri-menopause transition. She lives in Illinois with her husband and two children, and finds joy in gardening, home projects, reading together as a family, traveling, and lifting weights in order to keep up with her children!
