experience supporting healthcare and membership organizations. Her expertise spans

governance, board relations, strategic planning, volunteer engagement, advocacy, and

organizational operations. She partners closely with volunteer leaders and boards of

directors to achieve organizational goals, strengthen governance, and enhance member

engagement.

Amy began her career in legislative affairs and government relations, partnering with

medical specialty societies and healthcare organizations on advocacy, policy, and

governance initiatives. This early experience laid a strong foundation in healthcare

policy and stakeholder engagement, fueling her passion for helping mission-driven

organizations make a significant impact. Throughout her career, she has led advocacy

initiatives, strengthened board governance and committee operations, improved

organizational processes, and managed strategic projects for professional membership

organizations at the local, state, and national levels.

Amy has a proven track record of building trusted relationships and managing complex

initiatives. She is dedicated to supporting volunteer leaders and helping associations

Amy holds a Master of Arts in Social Service Administration, with a concentration in

Health Care Policy and Administration. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality

time with her family and two dogs, traveling, and volunteering in her community.
